Recognise text

Recognition runs on this device and takes a few seconds per page. It only has to be done once per file. English works offline; other languages download a small data file the first time.

Pronunciations

When the voice gets a word or name wrong, tell it what to say instead. Applies to every file.

Rename

The new name shows in your library, in the browser tab and on your other devices.

Pagepurr has moved

pagepurr.com

This is the old address. It keeps working, but new things happen at pagepurr.com.

Your files are kept by each address separately. To bring them along, turn on Sync between devices here, then sign in with the same Google account at pagepurr.com: your files, places and highlights come back there.

Sync between devices

Sign in with Google on each of your devices, and your library, reading positions, highlights and notes stay the same on all of them.

Where your files go

Into a folder called "Pagepurr" in your own Google Drive. Nobody else can see them, including the people who made this app. The app can only see the files it puts in that folder, nothing else in your Drive. It uses your Drive's storage space, and it is free.

Removing a document while syncing removes it from all your devices and from the Drive folder.
